Our Speed and agility 12-week training program is designed to reach maximum performance levels, an athlete must train and condition for strength, speed and agility. We’ve compiled the top techniques to build an effective speed and agility training program into your weekly training sessions resulting in high performance.
Strength and power are the foundations for speed and agility development. When it comes to speed and agility training programs, your most effective tool is strength training.
Our best agility training workouts start by developing an athlete’s ability to change direction and achieve maximum speed. Focus on speed drills designed to improve stride rate, stride length and sprinting technique
Course fee: $50 per session
Minimum booking – 4 session
Note: MCC Yearly Membership rerquired for eacvh individual player (Fee: $40) to book this Course.
Note: We recommend booking at least 3 days in advance. Also consecutive bookings must be made separately for each session
