Our Speed and agility 12-week training program is designed to reach maximum performance levels, an athlete must train and condition for speed and agility.  We’ve compiled the top techniques to build an effective speed and agility training program into your weekly training sessions resulting in high performance.

Our best agility training workouts start by developing an athlete’s ability to change direction and achieve maximum speed. Focus on speed drills designed to improve stride rate, stride length and sprinting technique

Course fee: $30 per session (Inc.GST).
